About Grace

I’m a product leader, strategist, and coach with 15+ years of experience designing digital experiences that move people, drive loyalty, and accelerate business growth. Today, I serve as the Director of Digital Experience and Product Strategy, focused on transforming how technology, brand, and customer experience come together.

Across Fortune 100 enterprises and high-growth environments, I’ve built products used by millions, led cross-functional teams, and shaped strategies that scale. But titles aside, what drives me is impact. Product management isn’t just roadmaps and releases — it’s resonance. It’s about creating solutions that make life easier, smarter, and more human.

As the author of The Irreplaceable Product Manager Everyone Wants on Their Team, I help product managers cut through complexity, sharpen decision-making, and level up their career trajectory. My coaching blends strategy, clarity, and mindset — leaving clients with actionable direction, stronger instincts, and more confidence in their craft.

My career began on the technical side as a Linux Systems Administrator, but curiosity pulled me toward the intersection of business, technology, and people. That curiosity guided every pivot from Business Analyst to Director, teaching me to lead with both strategy and empathy.

I built The Irreplaceable Product Manager to be the guide I wish I had early in my career — especially navigating spaces where I was often the only woman or person of color in the room. Now, I help others break into tech, earn promotions, and become the person everyone wants on their team.

Because being irreplaceable isn’t about doing more. It’s about becoming more of who you already are.
