The Irreplaceable Product Manager Coaching Program Policies

Please review the program policies in their entirety before proceeding.

1. Commitment

  • Coaching is a collaborative process. Your results depend on your active participation, follow-through, and openness.

  • By enrolling, you agree to show up prepared and ready to engage fully in each session.

2. Session Scheduling

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance through my booking system (link provided after enrollment).

  • You are responsible for selecting time slots that work best for your schedule.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

  • If I need to reschedule, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer a timely alternative.

4. Attendance

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or considered a no-show.

  • No-shows (without prior notice) are not eligible for make-up sessions.

5. Refund Policy

  • All coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session is completed.

  • If you purchase a package and have not scheduled any sessions, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • Exceptions may be made at my discretion in the case of extraordinary circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

  • All information shared in sessions will be kept strictly confidential.

  • Notes and progress tracking are for coaching purposes only and will not be shared without your consent.

7. Communication Between Sessions

  • Clients may email me with quick questions or updates between sessions.

  • Extensive coaching support outside sessions (e.g., long feedback reviews, emergency calls) may require an upgraded package or add-on.

8. Expiration of Packages

  • Foundation (single session): Must be used within 30 days of purchase.

  • Momentum (3-month program): All sessions must be completed within 4 months of purchase.

  • Transformation (6-month program): All sessions must be completed within 7 months of purchase.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Respect and professionalism are expected in all interactions.

  • Disrespectful behavior will result in termination of coaching without refund.

10. Agreement

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

  • You have read and agree to these program policies.
